What are the postage costs?
All orders are sent via Royal 1st class post . For an extra charge we offer Special Delivery or International 'signed for' post services for a quick and tracked delivery. Please see delivery information for full details.
How fast will I get my order?
We use Royal Mail First Class delivery to send most of our items (unless instructed otherwise). If we receive cleared payment by 5pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) your item will be despatched the next working day, usually reaching you the day after that. We do offer next day special delivery - please see delivery information for full details.
Can I stop by and collect my product?
Sorry, we don't have customer-facing premises. By not having those costs, that's exactly one of the ways we're able to pass on the savings to you. However, all our orders are sent out as soon as we receive payment and customers can receive goods as quickly as the next day.
I need my order quickly?
We can organise a Special Delivery for UK items. We need payment by 12 midnight to send your item the next day. This guarantees a next working day delivery before 1pm. Please opt for this when you checkout.
It's been a few days and my package still hasn't arrived, what next?
Our research sample shows that 95.8% of our orders are received within one day of despatch and 100% within 2 days. In the unlikely event you haven't received your order after 5 days, send us an email and we'll double check that we have your correct address. We do insure all of our items via the Royal Mail so if your order goes missing we can submit a claim (following Royal Mail procedures) and send a replacement/s to you.
International Order
Do I pay VAT?
We're a UK based Company so our site displays prices in sterling (GBP) inclusive of VAT. If you're a VAT registered customer from a country outside of the EU, VAT can be omitted from your order, unless the order is being sent to a UK or EU address.
I am an International customer how do I pay?
You can pay via credit card or via direct bank transfer to our Euro or US Dollar accounts. When making a payment, please ensure that you send your payments in Euro or US Dollars, for the equivalent value in GBP (at the prevailing exchange rate) and advise when payment is made. Please ensure that all bank charges made to you are paid separately from the payment we receive.
Do International customers pay customs duty?
If you live within the EU, you will not be charged any duty. If you live outside of the EU, you will be liable to pay duty, which will reflect the value of the order.

Why are your products so competitively priced?
We buy in bulk from manufacturers all around the world and we negotiate good prices so we can pass the savings on to you.
Do you stock branded products and are they good quality?
We'd never sacrifice quality for price. Because all of our products are sourced directly from manufacturers, they're unbranded. As far as quality, we want our customers to be happy with our products, which is why we are so particular with our sourcing and testing.
Returns/Warrenty
Can I cancel my order?
Under the statute laws for Consumer Protection and the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (which may be amended from time to time), You have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of your goods at any time up to seven working days after delivery. ("Cancelled Goods")
You may cancel your order by simply writing to us or e-mailing us at sales@digi-connect.co.uk However in order to cancel your goods you must state that you wish to do so in writing and it must be received by us no later than seven working days after delivery. To qualify for a refund under the regulations the Cancelled Goods must be returned in a resalable condition.
If your items have been despatched, you are responsible for paying the correct postage to return the Cancelled Goods to us.
You are responsible for Cancelled Goods until they are received by us.
If we do not receive your Cancelled Goods back from you, then we may arrange for them to be collected. This will be at your sole cost.
We offer a "NO QUIBBLE" refund policy so to cancel/exchange your order is easy. All you have to dod is give us notice of within 7 working days starting with the day after the day you receive the goods from us. This is subject to a re-stocking fee of £2.99 should the item be correct and working.
We will refund the relevant cost of your Cancelled Goods only when the Cancelled Goods are received by us. This will be done as soon as practicable and in any event within 30 days after receipt of the Cancelled Goods by us.
My item isn't what I expected:
If your item is not what you thought you were buying, return the item in accordance with the procedure and your rights above. Remember all goods returned MUST be in a resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
My item is damaged:
If your item is damaged in any way, please let us know and return the item in accordance with the procedure above. You'll receive a replacement or a full refund including postage.
How does your warranty work?
With confidence in the quality of our goods, we provide a free one year warranty to cover the unlikely event of product failure.
We will supply a replacement item for any defective, damaged on receipt or misrepresented item/s.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover goods, which are either stolen or damaged.
On receipt of the product, our staff will complete a full inspection to ensure that the item is indeed defective and available for a replacement. Should a battery hold a 75% charge after one year, this is considered normal and will not be applicable for a refund/replacement.
If you feel you need to make a claim against your warranty, please email sales@digi-connect.co.uk with your order number, your name and address, the order date and the reason why you would like to invoke your warranty. Then, return the item to us in line with our customer service, we promise to deal with all cases within 3 working days of receipt.
Please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage certificate if you are sending goods via Royal Mail. This can be obtained, free of charge, from the Post Office and will insure your item for up to £30.00, in the unlikely event of the returned item getting lost in the post.
