Customer Xmas Notice
Some of our fascinators may be unavailable between 18th of December and the 4th January due to the closure of our suppliers over the xmas and new year period. If you want your item before 4th Jan you must purchase and pay by 17th December. Items purchased after this will be sent after 4th Jan. Please email before buying to find out if the item you want is affected. Ties and other items are still available throughout this period. Thanks and Merry Xmas
Fascinators
: Most are made to order so please allow extra time to receive your order. It should arrive within 7 working days. However items can take 10 days to arrive in the busy spring/ summer season. If you need something in a hurry please email me before buying to check availabilty.
Sizing All fascinators That are photographed on a display head will appear a little smaller in real life, please ask for measurements if required
fascinators are non returnable for hygeine reasons so please make sure what you buy is what you want, if in doubt dont buy !!!!
Scrunchie ties: Also made to order same delivery times apply . We can source any colour satin and have limited colour stocks of dupion silk and taffeta. Discount multiple packges are available in our ebay shop and can take up to 2 weeks depending on order size and we can also tailor multiple discounted packages to suit your needs. We can make to fit babies to adult sizes. free fabric samples available with SAE. Please note babies and small childrens ties will be supplied on elastic for safety reasons
Post & Packing: These charges are based not just the cost of postage but on boxes, bags, tissue, tape etc and transport to the post office so please bear this in mind when leaving star rating.
Occasionally things go astray in the post. We do not control the postal system so please do not abuse us if your item gets delayed or lost. Royal mail do not class anything as lost until 15 working days have passed. If you have not received your item by this time then a refund will be given NOT BEFORE, and a claim will be made by us.
