Returns Policy

All orders and items are fully checked prior to packaging and dispatch, and will be sent in as new/as described condition. Should you decide to return product we are happy to provide an 'item price' refund (excluding any postage and packaging fee) providing following conditions are met:

1. Items should be unopened, unused and returned (at buyers own expense) in all original packaging including any seal wrap unopened.

2. Shipping charges are not refundable and upto a 20% handling/restocking charge will be applied where necessary to cover the handling & final fees we will have paid for the item which is no longer required. This policy includes unclaimed/refused shipments or undeliverable at the address given (This applies only if delivery charge is not repaid to resend).

3. Used or damaged products cannot be refunded. Items not returned as described above will not be eligible for a refund and we will require the customer to pay an additional postage charge in order for the item to be returned back to the customer.

4. As we use secure postal boxes it is highly unlikely that items will get damaged during transit but in the event of an item being damaged in transit, the buyer can either take it up with royal mail direct (fastest way), or return the item to us in the exact state it was received including all outer packaging and seals on item must be unopened. This will then be forwarded to the Royal Mail for them to conduct an investigation. Any refunds cannot be issued until the Royal Mail have completed their investigation and the claim is closed. We cannot guarantee the length of the investigation but we will forward all correspondance to the buyer to keep them updated with the status of their claim.

We should be notified of any return within 48 hours of receipt and item/s must be received back by us within 14 days of receipt. Royal Mail Signed For/Recorded Post should be used  (for customers own security and at customers own expense). Items not sent back by this service will not be trackable so should item get lost in post no refund can be given and buyer will need to take up with royal mail direct.
