1. Can you guarantee your shoes are authentic? Yes, we purchase all of our shoes from one of the largest athletic shoe retailers in the United States. Authenticity is 100% Guaranteed.
2. What if I don't like the shoes or they do not fit? If you are not 100% satisfied you may return your item for an exchange or refund within 7 days. Item must be unworn and include original packaging and tags. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package if there is a problem. We will do whatever necessary to be sure you are a happy customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Why is shipping $9.99? At Denver Shoes we take pride in our product and packaging. Your shoes will be shipped in the original shoebox AND a heavy-duty cardboard box to be sure your product arrives in perfect condition. Also, shipping includes tracking and delivery confirmation. We ship Priority Mail-you will get your package in record time! If you would like to spend less on postage or you prefer a different shipping method just let us know. We want to accommodate you!
5. Do you offer local pick up? No, we do not. However, we can offer $7.00 shipping to our Colorado neighbors. Please deduct $2.99 from your invoice when checking out.
6. Do you have my size in this particular shoe? Please look through our store; what we have listed is what is currently in our inventory.
