POSTAGE

DELIVERY

I aim to dispatch ítems within 24-48 hours of cleared payment.  Please remember that your parcel is coming from SPAIN so allow longer for delivery time.  Normally my parcels take 4-6 working days to get to locations in Europe BUT during rare occasions, fiestas and other public holidays parcels can take 10-14 working days.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

I make some of the craft items to order. If your item requires personalised details or you have a choice of colours etc., then please remember to put these details in your payment or email me immediately after payment. I receive a lot of orders without any details and it results in a delay in dispatching or I will send out a standard/random version of the item

All pebbles are tissue wrapped and placed inside a beautiful organza bag.  The bags are then placed in a protective cello bag with magic star sprinkles and an information scroll (tied with a ribbon) about the pebbles.  All of the packaging can also be customised to your colours.
