COMPANY POLICY - BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:
POSTAGE we ask you to allow up to 3 working days (Tuesday to Saturday) for dispatch of your purchase. As well as our eBay business we have a retail outlet in North Wales, open 9.30am – 5.00 pm Tuesday to Saturday and mail order business so at busy times our dispatch times may be as long as 5 working days.
Remember to also allow appropriate time for postage once we have dispatched your purchase.
All Buy It Now items are UK post free. For international postal charges see the individual listing or contact us directly.

All items dispatched by Denbigh army Surplus are Tracked, Insured and Proof of Postage obtained. Postage costing more than £8.50, or if the Value of Goods exceeds £34 (UK) £30 (International), will be dispatched using Parcel force 48 hour Delivery (Excluding Weekends) and includes a tracking and insurance service.

Ireland will cost £16.00
Once dispatched we accept no liability for goods in transit but in the event of loss or damage we will provide the buyer with the Postage Certificate and assist the buyer in any claim made against Royal Mail/Parcelforce. The buyer is responsible for submitting any insurance claim.
RETURNS POLICY
Contact us immediately if you feel you need to return and item.If you have order the wrong size item, please return i it to us for an exchange or refund.
If for some reason the item is not what your were expecting or does not fit the listing description we will issue you a refund on recipt and inspection of the goods.
Please note that we do not refund postage

It is the buyer’s responsibility to establish the suitability of any item bought from Denbigh Army Surplus.
I must declare that all of the regulations relating to the disposal of Police/MOD uniforms have been abided by in full. The Police Authority/MOD have declared this item as obsolete, therefore it has been disposed of under contract and is now being sold with full consent of the relevant parties.

We prefer payment by PayPal but you can also send a Sterling Cheque, allow 5 working days for cheques to clear (excluding weekends and bank holidays) Bankers Draft or Postal Order (payments made payable to “Denbigh Army Surplus” in GBP). We are also able to process all major Credit and Debit cards by phoning 01745814978.
If sending payment by post you should do so with recorded delivery. PLEASE NOTE: If making payment by PayPal your address status must be “Confirmed”. We do not ship to Un-confirmed addresses as there is no PayPal protection for the seller!

MILITARY SURPLUS GRADING
Military Surplus clothing and accessories sold by Denbigh Army Surplus are in used condition unless otherwise stated. The condition of items will be detailed in the individual item listing. However we only send out the best of our Stock so that you are not disappointed with your order.
“Grade 1” refers to items displaying some signs of wear but these are minimal, there should be no discernable damage or repairs to the item.
“Grade 2” refers to items displaying extensive signs of wear or fading, there may be some damage but this will be detailed in the listing.
CONTRACT
When making a purchase on eBay you are entering a legal binding contract when placing a bid, so if you have any doubts, do not bid until you are 100% sure that you can complete the transaction. If you win one of our auctions and decide not to complete payment, we will take every legal step necessary to reclaim loss of earnings and eBay commission fees.
