| A:If you are unhappy with your item, please return it in the same condition you recieved it within 14 days for a refund.
Please contact me as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order.
If your item arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us as soon as you can. Preferably the same day. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes we do combine postage, as our items vary in size this is not an automatic service, if you have bought more than one item from Delphinus Dreams, please wait until you receive a combined invoice before sending payment. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Most items are posted within 24 hours excluding weekends, if there is a delay we will contact you.
Delivery times depend if you are in the UK your item should be with you within 2 days - 2 weeks
Outside the UK can take from 7 days to 4 weeks.

| A:Yes, most items in my shop can be posted worldwide, however sometimes due to customs laws etc a few items are UK only, this will be stated in the listing |
