About Us: We have been selling home decor and giftware for over 50 years. Our eBay store offers outlet prices on a variety of items, including overstock and discontinued merchandise. We also maintain an online retail store called, Decorators Friend, where we carry a complete line of the newest Home, Holiday and Garden Decor.

Shipping: We offer USPS Priority, USPS Parcel Post and UPS Ground shipping services to accomodate our customers. If you live in MN, IA, WI, ND, SD, IL and parts of Nebraska, we will ship via Spee-Dee delivery as it is faster than Priority Mail. Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Please email us for inquiries about combined shipping rates and international shipping costs.
Claims: We personally inspect each item before shipment for breakage or damage. Our item descriptions are as accurate as possible. If you receive a damaged outer box, please file a claim with the appropriate shipping service you selected. If there is a problem with the item or it arrives broken, please contact us directly so we can resolve the problem with either a replacement or full refund. If you receive an item and don't like it, you can return it at your own cost and we will refund you for the original purchase price, less shipping. We want you to be happy!
Availability: All of our items are in stock when listed. Occasionally an item may be out of stock when purchased. If this happens we will refund your money or offer to ship the item when it is back in stock, whichever you prefer.
Discounts: Need a lot of an item? Ask us about discounts for large quantities. Sometimes we can and sometimes we can't, but it doesn't hurt to ask!
