If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you can return it within 7 days of receipt, provided it is returned in new, unused condition in original packaging and with all original tags/labels etc intact you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus any p+p costs. Please notify us of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt.

Return postage is at buyers own cost and we would recommend you return by recorded means for your own security.

If in the unlikely event that you receive your goods damaged or a fault is detected please return for a replacement. We kindly request that you notify us of the fault/damage and your intention to return within 7 days of receipt.

We would like to update you on the current Royal Mail industrial action.

The CWU has notified Royal Mail of the intention to hold two further days of strike action on Friday 6th and Monday 9th November. We will update you with further details of this proposed strike action as soon as we can. These strikes will cause inevitable delays in deliveries and we ask you to please be patient if your order takes a little longer than usual to be delivered.

The cost of postage & packaging is to cover not just the cost of the stamp but also the cost of packaging materials; envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap, labels etc which we have to pay for.

We never skimp on packaging materials and everything is sent in padded envelopes or well padded bags/boxes etc for larger items.

Items purchased and paid for before 2.30pm Mon-Fri are dispatched within 48 hrs. We post Mon, Wed & Fri with the exception of bank holidays.

Please take advantage of discounted postage on multiple purchases. We always offer combined postage discount when buying more than one item if bought and paid for together, so please request a revised invoice when you're ready to pay.
