UK
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 24 -36hrs Monday to Friday. If you require any other type of delivery other than stated in our Terms and Conditions please call our customer helpdesk. 01925-232211

IF ANY CUSTOMER WANTS AN URGENT COLLECTION, THIS CAN BE ARRANGED BUT A £5.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
Postage Discount
We are pleased to offer our customers discounts on combined purchases. We offer a £1.00 postage discount on all additional
purchases. If ebay does not calculate your postage discount at the time of purchase, please wait before you pay and we will invoice you with your discount.
Standard Delivery / Recorded Delivery : 1-3 working days:
· All standard post will be sent 1st class Royal Mail, this usually takes 1 – 3 working days.
· High value items will be sent Recorded Delivery this will also be sent 1st class Royal Mail. A signature will be required on receipt. This usually takes 1 – 3 working days
· If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the postman will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
· Please note that uncollected parcels can be held at Royal Mail for up to a month. It is the buyers’ responsibility to collect their parcel in person from Royal Mail.
· Unfortunately we can not deliver or despatch on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
· Orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday.
Courier Delivery
UK Courier:
All courier services to the UK will be with Parcel Force UK. We despatch Parcel Force 48, Parcel Force deliver Monday To Friday only.
· Parcel force 48: will normally take 2 – 3 working days
· Please note that Parcel force only deliver Monday To Friday only, Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
· Unfortunately we cannot deliver or despatch on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
· A signature will be required upon receipt.
· If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, a calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
· If the parcel can't be left with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.
Postcode Restrictions and Surcharges
Restrictions and surcharges may be applicable to destinations in the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey, Isle of Scilly. Items weighing over 2kg cannot be dispatched to the Channel Islands via courier. These restrictions can change from time to time we suggest that you contact us for a quote before buying if you require delivery to these areas.
UK parcel delivery zones
The cost of sending a parcel within the UK depends on what zone you are sending to and from. Parcel Force UK have 3 Zones. Prices and parcel delivery times vary by zone.
Zone 1 (exceptions), Zone 2 and Zone 3 will also be sent Parcel Force 48.
Zone 1
England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zone 1 (post code exceptions) zones 2 and 3.
ANY ONE PURCHASING FROM THE FOLLOWING ZONES, Zone 1 (Post code exceptions), Zone 2, & Zone 3
WILL BE INVOICED WITH A SEPARATED SURCHARGE IN ADDITION TO THE NORMAL COURIER COST.
Zone 1 (Post code exceptions)
Due to the increasing London congestion charges consignment charges will be slightly higher than the standard Zone 1. Post codes in this zone are commencing: EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, SE1, SE11, SW1, W1, WC1 and WC2.
Zone 2
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Zone 3
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.
Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.

We do not despatch standard delivery to Europe.
