YOUR ORDER

We aim to dispatch your order on the following working day (in busy periods this may be extended to 3 working days) upon receipt of your cleared payment. Should there be any stock issues we will contact you to advise.

Please email your contact number for delivery purposes.

We send a dispatch email (to your eBay email address) to advise that your item has been dispatched.

If you have not received your item within 2 working days of your dispatch email please contact us on 01283 563338 or email us, this will avoid any re-delivery charges.

STANDARD DELIVERY INFORMATION

One delivery charge for any quantity of soft furnishings ordered, please request a total if purchasing more than 1 item and we will combine your purchases. If you think you have paid too much please email us and we will refund any overpayment.

Our standard delivery charge does not include some areas of Scotland or where water crossing is necessary, please check the postcode chart below before committing to purchase.

If you are in an area outside the standard delivery charge, by committing to purchase you are accepting the additional charges and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. If you have already paid we will email you to advise of the additional charge.

Please ensure your delivery address, including postcode and contact number are correct, as your item will be sent to the address you have provided.

Our couriers delivery Monday to Friday, if you require your delivery on a specific week day/date please add a note in the notes section of your Paypal payment.

LOCAL & PALLET DELIVERY INFORMATION (larger Items)

We strive to make the delivery of your item as quick as possible. We subcontract our pallet deliveries to a specialised pallet delivery network, this means that you can choose a weekday delivery that suits you.

NEED YOUR ITEM URGENTLY - If we book your delivery with you before 12 noon, we are able to arrange delivery the following working day (this excludes zones 6 & 7 due to distance)

All deliveries are insured against damage in transit for your peace of mind.

Please email your contact number as we cannot arrange your delivery without it.

Due to increased credit card fraud, we will only deliver your appliance to the card billing address. On occasion we can deliver to an alternate address by posting an authorisation form to the billing address. You can call us on 01283 563338 for more details.

Appliances are delivered by a pallet network company on a weekday of your choosing.

If you have access restrictions, such as low bridges, narrow lanes etc. we must be advised at the time of booking, as delivery will be on a Heavy Goods Vehicle. Failure to do this will incur additional charges.

Delivery will be an all day booking, and we cannot advise am or pm, however we can arrange for you to be called 1 hour prior to delivery.

Appliances are strapped onto a pallet and the driver will take it off the vehicle using a tail lift. The driver will wheel the pallet as close to the property as possible, but will not take the appliance into the property. He may be able to wheel it into a garage, subject to access.

The item must be inspected for any damage that may have occurred in transit, before being signed for.

If your item has been damaged in transit you must contact us on 01283 563338 immediately, we will advise you what to do. If it is out of office hours, you can sign for the item as damaged and report it to us upon our opening.

Whilst 99% of deliveries arrive as booked, there is always a possibility that delays can occur that are out of our control, and would therefore suggest you do not book tradesmen until you are in possession of your item.

If you are not contactable on your chosen delivery day and the property is empty when the delivery arrives, the item will be taken back to a delivery Hub, and you will need to contact us to arrange a redelivery (redelivery charges would apply) or collection from the Hub, proof of ID would be required.

COLLECTING YOUR ORDER

You can collect your order, if you prefer, please email to advise you wish collect. Payment should be cleared via Paypal before collection, or you can pay card upon collection, we accept most major credit and debit cards on site. Our address and opening hours can be found on our eBay shop home page or you can call us on 01283 563338.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Your item will require a signature and will not automatically be left. If you have any special delivery instructions, please leave a note in the notes section of your paypal payment. If you are not in to accept your delivery, the courier will leave a card and it is your responsibility to call the depot to rearrange a delivery date. Your item will be held for 5 days. If you do not contact the courier company to rearrange, your item will be returned to us, in this instance there will be a return fee charged to us of £11.99 which we, unfortunately, will have to pass onto you.

If you then require the item to be redelivered there will be a new delivery charge payable before the item can be rebooked. If you do not want to arrange a redelivery we will refund you the cost of the item less the return fee and initial delivery charge.

Upon receipt, please ensure you have checked your item for any damage and sign the proof of delivery accordingly, if the packaging is damaged in any way please sign as "packaging damaged". If you are in any doubt please call us on 01283 563338, or email outside of office hours.

Please check your item as any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to prevent voiding the transit insurance.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your item you can return it providing it is unopened and in a saleable condition, within 14 days..

You must arrange your own carrier and you will be liable for the return carriage costs. When you return your item, please ensure it is well wrapped and insured for transit, as we cannot accept receipt of a damaged item. If the item is delivered to us damaged we will inform you immediately so you can claim from your carrier.

Please also include your name, address, date of purchase and item number in the parcel.

Your refund will be for the item only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, providing you have informed us upon receipt, we will either replace the item / damaged part or refund you in full.

Any item sent in error will be replaced and the incorrect item collected by us.
