DO WE OFFER REFUNDS?
YES all our garments are refundable. Please be aware that as per our refund policy ALL REFUNDED GARMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. This does NOT apply if you wish to exchange your garment (in which case POSTAL COSTS ARE PAYABLE) or if you are happy to accept a credit note which is valid for 3 months from date of issue. Refunds are offered for garments only, I'm afraid we cannot refund any P&P COSTS incurred by the buyer.
We respectfully request garments be returned in the exact condition they were received ie. make-up, perfume & smoke free. With all original tags attached. Please email us within 3 days of receipt if you wish to return your garment. Returns must be received within 7 days of your agreed return (14 days for international buyers). Please use a trackable posting method i.e. Recorded delivery, or if outside the UK ~ International signed for delivery.
FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
In the rare event that you receive a faulty/damaged garment, please email us immediately on receipt. We will email you with return instructions & once your garment has been received, a full refund will be issued. PLEASE NOTE, we are unable to refund goods which have been clearly listed with a fault. |
