Shipping policies:
1st Class it usually takes between 1 to 2 working days for Royalmail to deliver 1st class mail.
2nd Class it usually takes between 1 to 3 working days for Royalmail to deliver 2nd class mail
Airmail it usually takes 5 to 7 days working days for an Airmail parcel to be delivered. This varies depending on country and subsequent area of country.
Insurance
Absolutely all of our goods are insured for loss or damage in transit.
Claims
Loss in Transit
We will honour all claims for loss in transit, but there are some rules that must be followed, they depend on the type of post used.
1st class, 2nd class and standard parcels
NO claims will be considered until 15 *working days have elapsed from the date of posting.
Once this time limit has expired and you havent got your goods, we will happily either resend them or refund the cost of your purchase including postal costs.
Airmail
NO claims will be considered until 25 *working days have elapsed from the date of posting.
Once this time limit has expired and you havent got your goods, we will happily either resend them or refund the cost of your purchase including postal costs.
Damage in transit
We will honour all claims for damage, there is no waiting period for type of claim, however there some rules.
We require than you keep the packaging for up to 6 weeks to be made available for Inspection by Royalmail or your home postal service.
We require a photo of the damage to the goods AND the original packaging, or the product to be returned complete with original packaging to us BEFORE we will honour the claim.
Once we have these we will honour the claim by either re-posting or refunding (including ALL postal charges).
Fraudulent claims (this only applies to a silly minority)
Its a sad fact of life that some ebayers are less then honest, and attempt to make claims for goods not received when in reality they have actually had them.
As stated above we honour all claims for lost mail, however when we claim for the loss we inform Royalmail fully of all the details of the customers, this is so that they can identify any failings in their systems, and also add your details to a database of addresses where mail delivery has gone astray.
IF x number of claims come in from an address, Royalmail can and will blacklist that address, and can and will investage an address in conjunction with the relevant law enforcement agencies.
This applies equally to overseas mail, as ALL postal services no matter where they are in the world can and will share information on suspected fraudulent claims.
Postal fraud is a serious offence in many countries, and we will assist in the prosecution of offenders to the fullest of our abilities. You have been warned.
