Our feedback provides firstly information to allow us to monitor your items arrival time. It also allows other customers to view how we operate as a business on eBay. We also use feedback to constantly monitor our performance and customer satisfaction in every way.

How do you accept payment?

Payments can be made by uncrossed postal order, Bank Transfer cheque or PayPal, please contact us at admin@dollshousekingdom.co.uk for bank details. Please checkout as soon as possible to ensure faster delivery time.

Can I send you a cheque?

We regret to inform we can only take payment by PayPal at the moment.

Can I pay extra to be sure my item arrives safely?

Yes the cost of this is approx £4.00 please mail us on admin@dollhousekingdom.co.uk  and request this service. If you have not requested this service we will not be held responsible for lost of items what so ever. Purchasing or bidding on items means you understand this.

 Postage Handling & Refund Policy:-

How will I know my item is sent?

We endeavour to ensure that all our items are sent promptly after payment and will let you know by email. Please do allow 7 days for delivery, if your item fails to arrive please contact us at latepost@dollshousekingdom.co.uk

What happens if I don’t receive my item?

Although parcels can sometimes get lost this is rare, often the item is sent back to us as the delivery attempt was unsuccessful. Should this occur, you will need to pay for the postage for the item to be delivered a second time to you. Please check with your main post office for your parcel first. We will not replace or refund any item for up to six weeks after shipping first commenced. This is to allow sufficient time to investigate the matter in full.

How will the item be packed?

Your item will be packed with the upmost care using jiffy bags or protective boxes.

What happens if the item is broke or faulty?

*Firstly our products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months for faulty materials. We can only accept the return of opened items if they appear to be faulty. We will also pay for the cost of returning the item to us but not (Special or recorded post). To arrange a refund for a faulty item please email us at returns@dollshousekingdom.co.uk please include the item number and your username and the reason for return. Once quality control has inspected the item a refund may then be given, please allow up to 7 days.

What happens if I am unhappy with my product?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us firstly to explain the problem within 7 days. Items may then be allowed to be returned providing they have not been used and remain unopened as new. All the original packaging plus any free gifts or offers that were included in the sale must also be returned or your item will be rejected for a refund.

Tell me about your postage cost?

We try to keep our postage cost as low as possible, when looking at the price of postage please understand that the charge covers all expenses, packing, admin, ink, plus post office business charges.

I want my item sending somewhere else what happens now?

If you wish for your item to be sent elsewhere or to an unconfirmed PayPal address we do reserve the right to either refuse or request other payment methods or proof of your identification before the item is sent.

What part of the payment is refunded?

Your original postage cost and any other expenses incurred by you when sending the item to us will NOT be refunded only the item price at time of sale will be refunded. Unless the item is faulty upon arrival and reported within 7 days (standard postage cost will be issued for refunds see above *(for returned item policy).

Items must be sent by recorded post to ensure the item arrives safely and prompt for our attention to
