Do you have this shoe in another size, style or color?
In short, if the item is not listed in our eBay store, then we do not have it in stock. Feel free to use our search located at the top right of our shop or listing header.
Is all merchandise in your shop authentic?
Yes. We ONLY sell authentic merchandise.
What is your policy on feedback?
Our system will leave positive feedback once positive feedback is received. If for any reason you feel you do not want to leave positive feedback, we’d love to hear from you and we’re sure we can get to the bottom it.
Can I pick up my item as I’m local?
Sorry... We are located in an industrial area and do not offer customer collections.
Can I have a discount?
Our best prices are displayed in the listings already. You can expect to see the same products we sell in the shops for anything up to 80% more – no joke! You can save money though by receiving various shipping discounts. Read more I missed or lost out on an auction.
How can I bid on that shoe again?
Unfortunately, you will have to search for your item once again (this will usually be under a different item number so you will need to search using the brand/model name). If we have more available it will be advertised within 24 hrs of the end of the original listing.
Can I retract/cancel my bid?

Payment
How can I pay for my item?
Unless stated differently on the listing, payment must be made within 7 days of the ‘Auction' or ‘Buy it now' ending. Items not paid for will be re-listed and a Non-paying bidder alert will be filed against you.

1. Paypal - Please note using bank funding (or e-cheques) is not instant and will take 7-10 working days to clear.
2. Credit Card - Pay by Credit Card via the checkout or call 0845 25 77 800 to pay by phone. All major credit cards accepted.
3. Cheque/Postal Order (UK only) - Please make cheques or postal orders payable to ‘DMS Ltd.’ and include the item number and your eBay User ID on the back of cheque/postal order.

Please see listings for estimated time of receipt prior to contacting us. If you feel your parcel has not reached you within a reasonable amount of time please contact us at customerservice@digimediasolutions.co.uk
Do you combine shipping discounts?
We do. After your first item all subsequent items are charged at a half price.
Can I return my item?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer all our customers refunds/exchanges for items returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note that all products must be returned unused, in its original packaging. We suggest you use a traceable method of shipping as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. We regret that we cannot refund the postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error. To help process your request as quickly and we have included a ‘Returns slip’ located at the bottom of every invoice. Please note an additional postage payment will be required for the replacement. We will contact you in due course to arrange this. IMPORTANT: If you are returning an item from outside the EU the parcel must be clearly marked as ‘RETURNED GOODS’. Failure to do so will result in an admin fee of £15 GBP. How long will it take until I receive my refund? Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 24/48 hours once we receive the goods. |
