WARRANTY

Under the terms of our 1 year warranty we will accept to undertake any mechanical repairs (parts and labour), but not cosmetic repairs (dents and abrasions) free of charge. This includes replacement springs, pads or screws which have become loose or worn through normal wear during use. It does not include repairs due to wilful damage or neglect.

It is our aim to keep your instrument performing as it did when you purchased it.

Purchasers should not report the instrument was damaged when you received it, unless it was due to damage in transit, when it must be reported to the delivery driver at the time of delivery. With that exception our instruments do not arrive with damage as they are scrutinised and musically tested before being despatched.

If you experience problems with your instrument please contact us by email. We will do our best to resolve your problem in writing, but if that is not possible we will have your instrument in to carry out the necessary repair. The time taken for repair work will depend on the actual problem and you will be advised of the time period at that time.

The cost of repairs for normal wear and tear during the term of the warranty is free of charge, but the customer will need to pay for delivery from, and return to, the customer's address. In the case of obvious manufacturing defects, all costs will be covered under the terms of the warranty. We reserve the right to refuse work if we are of the impression that damage has been incurred wilfully or through neglect.

The 1 year warranty period commences from the date of purchase.
