DISPATCH

No Orders will be dispatched until payment has cleared

All items listed are in stock and available for immediate dispatch

• Orders will be dispatched Monday through Friday.  Payments cleared before 12 Noon will Normally be dispatched same day.  Payments cleared after 12 Noon will be dispatched on the following business day.  We DO NOT post at weekends. 

• Please ensure that you choose the appropriate postage method as although Second class post is cheaper, it will take longer to arrive than First class.

• You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE..Strike action by the royal mail will delay despatch and delivery of some Orders.  We are sorry for the inconvienience this may cause but unfortunatly there is little we can do about it. 

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you find that the item is unsuitable for your needs then we operate a 7 day money back guarantee so long as:

• You contact us by email to arrange returns.

• Goods are returned in original condition and in their unopened packaging.

• Returns are packaged securely to avoid damage in post.

We recommend that you return goods by traceable shipping methods as we can not be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the post. 

On the safe return of the goods the purchase price excluding any post and packing charges will be refunded.  Refunds will be made using the same payment method as received (excluding postal orders which will be returned via a cheque).

DAMAGED ITEMS

Every effort is taken to ensure your order reaches you in top condition, however if an item is received that is damaged then please contact us upon receipt.

All refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned damaged item using the same payment method as received (excluding postal orders which will be returned via a cheque).
