| Q:Do you combine P&P? |

| A:Yes we are always happy to combine P&P where possible. If it is multiples of the same item the the Postage details will be on the listing. If it is a number of items you are interested in and would like to know the P&P cost before buying then use the contact seller under these FAQ's. |

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

| Q:My order has not arrived and I am not from the UK |

| A:Orders to Europe can take from a few days to a few weeks to arrive. Much depends on the service you have chosen. If your item had not been recieved in 10 days please contact us so as we can advice further. |
| Q:When will my order be posted? |
|
| A:Orders will be dispatched Monday through Friday. Payments cleared before 12 Noon will be dispatched same day. Payments cleared after 12 Noon will be dispatched on the following business day. |
| Q:Can I collect the item in person? |

| A:Unfortunatly not as we are internet based and our business premises are not accessible to the public. |
| Q:My order has not arrived and I live in the UK |

| A:The Royal Mail aim to delivery items within 2-3 days, however, there are occations when they take longer. If your item had not been recieved in 7 days please contact us so as we can advice further. |
| Q:Can you post to a different address than my registered one? |
|
| A:If your payment was made using Paypal then the seller has to post to the address used when you made payment. You can add an additional address to your paypal account as a 'gift' address but this must be selected at the time of payment. |
