Order and Payment
Terms of payment are cheques and crossed postal orders made payable to DLM Musical Instruments (cheques must be cleared before delivery of goods). Credit/Debit cards are accepted via our secure payment provider PayPal. The vendor only accepts purchase orders on 30 day credit terms from registered educational establishments and government departments. Goods remain the property of the vendor until paid for in full.

Postage and Packaging
All our instruments are stored in our warehouse and are in stock when you order (provided the quantity does not say 0). In rare circumstances we discover that an in-stock item has been damaged and we do not have stock (normally when quantity is 1 on the web site). In this instance you will be informed by email immediately and can opt to buy an alternative instrument, wait for new stock (an estimated delivery time will be given) or opt for a refund in full.

Shipping Methods:
We use both Courier  and Royal Mail  to deliver packages to our customers in the UK.


Shipping Rates:
All our rates are in-line with current delivery costs and are based on the weight and size of the item.


Shipping Discounts:
If you order more than one item we will always endeavour to ship the items together to minimise shipping costs and pass these savings onto you.
If you want to order multiple items to be shipped together then please contact us for total shipping cost.

Returns Policy
Products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery providing they have not been used, are in new condition and include all original packaging. However, the vendor will not refund the cost of delivering the item to the customer. Products may not be returned to the Vendor for refund later than 30 days from delivery unless the goods are defective and the vendor is unable to comply with its warranty commitment.
