All bids on our items are legally binding, under the terms and conditions of eBay. We will file an unpaid item dispute after 10 working days if there is no contact from the buyer. If payment is to be delayed please contact us out of courtesy.
We accept payment via PayPal (instant payment, or "e-cheque"), Cheque, Bankers Draft, Postal Order, Cash or Direct Bank Transfer.
PayPal instant payments clear immediately, PayPal "e-cheques" typically require 4-8 working days to clear. For paper cheques, please allow up to 5 working days for funds to clear into our account, once your cheque has been received. For postal orders and bankers drafts, please allow 1-2 working days for the processing of the draft/order once it has been received.
Dispatch of orders
An order will only be processed after receipt of cleared funds for the full correct amount including shipping to your requested delivery address. Once funds have cleared, an order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, depending on what time of the day that your payment reaches us and so whether it will be processed in time for the following days postal collection or not. Most orders for which payment reaches us before 7:30pm will be dispatched the next working morning. Unless specifically stated or arranged otherwise, UK orders are sent using DPD courier delivery. This usually takes 1-2 working days please note that all of our deliverys require a signature on receipt.
Insurance
All orders are fully insured against loss or damage during delivery. Please contact us immediately if you have believe to have grounds for a claim and if this checks out we shall send a replacement. Note that you must keep all packaging and contents in the condition they arrived for inspection, if a claim against damage in transit is required.
Listing Errors
We do occasionally make listing errors, If you are unhappy with any item and believe the item to be not as described please contact us prior to leaving feedback preferably by the telephone number provided (01782 862200/338708) where you will receive a swift response to your problem, emails will inevitably take longer to respond to and we would rather deal with your problem straight away by telephone.
Staff Abuse
We do not tolerate abuse of our staff, We work very hard to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible, answer enquiries as promptly and helpfully as possible and list items as correctly as possible, We try to resolve any problems as fairly and as quickly as possible.
If you are polite and courteous to us, we will be polite and courteous to you in response.
