Payment

Any items purchased should be paid for within 7 days – failure to do so & without being advised by you will result in a non-payment report being sent to eBay.  All purchases must be paid for within 14 days or the item will be re-listed & a claim given to eBay & negative feedback will be left.  Any non-payers will be blocked from bidding or buying from us in the future.

Refunds/Returns

We will accept items returned to us for refund or to exchange it for another item as long as it is returned to us within 7 days of receipt & in the condition it was dispatched in.  This means any labels MUST be attached, unworn & the items must not smell of cigarettes etc.

We must be advised within 48 hours of you receiving the item & prior to any returns, please make sure you include your Seller ID as this makes things easier for us to process. 

Any refunds that are permitted will not include the postage as this is a service & not goods.    Should you be exchanging for additional items then you will be liable for usual postage charges.

Postage

All our items are posted with the Business Franked Post, which means it takes priority over standard post.  We always get proof of postage, which can be sent to you if your items do not arrive & you can claim back from the Post Office. If you have opted for the postal insurance then we will be happy to carry out this on your behalf.  We will automatically reduce payment for multiple purchases made on the same day - before payment has been received.

Feedback/Problems

Any problems that may arise we like to deal with as soon as possible so please let us know.  If the first we hear about it is by Negative Feedback then do not expect us rectify the situation.  Please note that it is against eBay Policies to leave negative feedback without contact first.  So if there is a problem please let us know & we will help to sort it out. We do not like to leave negative feedback!!
