Order Cancellations. Full refund is only applicable to items ordered at full price, some items are non refundable such as corsets and leather dresses, trousers. BUT you are welcome to exchange swap to different sizes or items. Any auction, promotional price, best offers does not apply as well as made to measure. Only items which are ordered at full price are eligible for full refunds. Item should be in new condition with tags on, in other case only exchange will be processed, We only do refunds for leather skirts. All other items are reproduced as soon as we dispatch the items to customers to keep up with the stock ( you are welcome to see your item on eBay using our pictures). Return or exchange an item If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge/restocking ebay fees 5%) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. Please enclose your contact number on the enclosed invoice and send both the invoice and parcel to the address within the invoice. Faulty Items...If the item you received is faulty, please follow the above instructions and mention the problem with the returning item. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please send it back and we will reimburse the postage costs and send the right item (once we receive the orignal back). This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. *Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
