We will combine postage when buying multiple items, please let us know so we can send an invoice with postage reductions.
We accept PayPal payments. European bidders can also pay via Wire Transfer to our Austrian bank account.
POSTAGE & DELIVERY:
Your item will be posted the next business day once your payment has been received. Delivery time will take between 10 days and 4 weeks depending on your location and customs clearance speed. 95% of deliveries arrive on time and are problem-free. Sometimes there can be postal delays or delivery problems that are out of our control and therefore we can NOT make refunds for this reason. However, please contact us and we will work out something with you. If packages cannot be delivered or are unclaimed by the intended receiver, they are usually returned back to us, in which case you will be contacted immediately and offered a refund or a re-shipment. If you need a faster delivery please let us know and we will offer you to post your order via Express Mail Service (EMS).
