My Returns Policy DC4U accepts returns for any reason on any item Auctions and Buy It Nows,
Ok, you have received your item * Do you like it? * Does it Fit? * Does the Colour Suit you? * Are you going to wear it? * Does it match the item description? * Are you 100% Happy with it, the service and DC4U? * Was it a 5* transaction for you?
If the answer is NO to any of the above - please return it and tell me why you said no to any of the above! There is no point having a wardrobe lurker. Returning happy customers are the Cornerstone of DC4U. Leaving adverse feedback or star ratings will not help me improve at DC4U and be an eBay Top Seller. DC4U is the most important thing to me (after Mr Chris!) in my life.
THE FIVE RETURNS RULES at DC4U - Not as scary as it sounds, I promise!
Rule One * Please do not wear it! Try it on, but not on a night out. WHY? Make up/perfume/smoke damaged items will not be refunded as I will not resell them.
Rule Two * Tell me within 7 days of receipt about your intent to return, telephone or Email Me * eBay Customer Service Line 01625 439904 or please try 07779 114 606 WHY? As it is really helpful to know in advance if you are returning something, I will give you a returns number which needs to go on the outside of the parcel. It makes the process here easier and quicker at DC4U.
Rule Three * Please do not shout at me, I am human, I make mistakes - just let me put it right! * Please get in touch before leaving feedback and stars, I work very hard to get it right, but I will and do make mistakes. Did you know low star ratings (1 and 2) and adverse feedback will directly affect my seller status and visability on eBay. WHY? I absolutely love DC4U, it is my life and my passion. I would always have a happy returning customer over money every time.
Rule Four * Return it as received - with tags, using a traceable method, with the item & returns number. WHY? Legally you have 30 days from date of receipt to return - quicker return means a quicker refund! Using the returns number (see Rule 2) helps me process it quicker here. Using a trackable method is always recommended for returns to any seller, as then you know if and when the item was received, and will get buyer protection from eBay and Paypal. Please stay safe online.
Rule Five * Please air fully if you smoke, or have smokers in the area where the garment is opened * Smoke damaged items will not be refunded as they cannot be resold * I work in a smoke free environment due to health reasons, please respect this
Who pays return postage? * You do initially WHY? If there is no seller fault, i.e. you changed your mind, do not like the colour, does not suit you, I would not normally refund return postage, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. But, I do though refund the exact amount charged to you initially, no hidden deductions or restocking fees and you refund will include the outgoing post charge. BUT! If the item is damaged in transit, faulty on receipt or incorrectly dscribed, I will also refund return postage once received back. Please use Second Class Recorded to assist in keeping my costs down.
