RETURNS: Buy it now items  that are eligible for return must be in compliance with the following. The item must be returned within fourteen days of purchase, retain its original tags if applicable and remain unused. No item once used is acceptable for return. By using your item you are agreeing that the item was in a safe and acceptable condition on receipt. We must be notified before you return your item and it must be sent back using a trackable service. We are not responsible for items returned that are lost in the postal service or for any return costs. It will remain the responsibility of the purchaser to return the item to our registered address and pay for all costs incurred. No item that is customised for a buyer is eligible for a return. This will include any item that has Custom in the listing. Auction listings are only eligible for return/exchange if a mistake has accidently been made in the listing or in the rare event there is a fault with the product on receipt. These need to be returned within seven days and we must be notified before any returns are made. Unauthorised returns will incurr restocking and handling fees. PAYMENT: Please pay safely for your item. Do not send cash through the post as there is no proof you ever sent it or we have received it from Royal mail. We accept Paypal, postal orders, cheques and banker draft. Please make these payable to Dales Saddlery and do not leave your postal orders blank. Please make your payment within 4 days of purchase unless you have notified us you require longer and made other arrangement times to make your payment. Our system will send out Unpaid item disputes automatically if payment has not been received by paypal or checkout has not been completed if you intend to mail your payment. Please ensure you complete checkout if you are intending to mail your payment. This notifies us that you have sent or intend to send your payment. FOR OVERSEAS PURCHASERS: Please make your Payment through Paypal Only. No other payment method is accepted.  OUR COMMITTMENT TO YOU: We will endeavour to offer our customers a first class service and list our items as accurately as possible . We dispatch every day except Weekends/Bank holidays and if an item is urgent, please contact us for an expediated service.
