If you are not happy
with any product that you buy from Cygnet Gifts simply return it to us in its
original packaging within 14 days for a refund* or exchange. We are unable to
accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Damaged or faulty
goods must be notified to us in writing (by either post or e-mail) within 3 days
of receipt and must not have been used and will be refunded in full.
If you do need to return any goods
can you please e-mail us before doing so with the reason for your return.
When returning goods
we recommend that you send the item by trackable means as we are not responsible
for any loss or damage of returned parcels. Under no circumstances can refunds
be made before the goods are received by us.
