Payment and delivery.

If you bid and win, all we ask is that you please honour your bid and pay for the item within 7 days. In return items will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment by PayPal or credit card and will reach you within 3-5 days of payment dependent on the Postal Service. If the item is not going to be dispatched within the timescale indicated, we will always contact you to explain why.

Exceptions are payment by cheque, please allow 5 WORKING DAYS for the cheque to clear and items paid for after 12.00 pm on Friday. The latter are not posted until Monday because we take most of the weekend off; wimps or what?

We can accept payment by most credit and debit cards but NO LONGER accept AMEX cards, simply phone your card details to 01908 613263. Alternatively you can pay by PayPal, if you have an account, personal cheque or Postal Order.

Communication with us

We work hard to provide complete and accurate information about our items, including size specifications as provided by the manufacturer. However please contact us if you need further information.

Before Emailing a question however PLEASE READ our FAQ's as these may, directly or indirectly, already contain the answer to your question. If not your mail will nearly always be responded to within a maximum of 24 hours; the exception being the weekends, which we don't work! Often answers will be short and this is not meant to offend.

We always attempt to describe our items accurately and completely, usually using manufacturers descriptions and mindful of what you would need to know before you bid.

What follows is a short list of questions asked on a regular basis by members;

What is your returns policy?

We describe all items accurately and completely to allow our bidders to make an informed decision as to the items suitability. If a product proves defective within 3 days of delivery, or there is a listing error, we will replace, or refund in full.

Measurements are shown on clothing items to help you select the correct size. If in doubt, contact us before bidding or buying. There is also information within the section called Choosing Sports Clothing.

If an item is the wrong size you may return it, exactly as sent, for a replacement (if available), but not a refund. We charge £1.50 (admin and packing) for the service and return postage, both ways, is at your expense.

Is this item xxxxxxxx?

If a feature/benefit is not mentioned, it does not apply to the item, e.g if a jacket is described as windproof, it is not waterproof unless stated as being so.  If no hood is mentioned, it doesn't have one etc.

Do you offer reduced postage for multiple items?

We always reduce the postage for multiple items, this is either done automatically (second and subsequent items are £1.00, or manually).

Are these cycle shorts padded?

All cycling shorts are padded unless stated otherwise. We may have used terminology you are not familiar with.  Tights can be either and again this will be clearly stated in the listing.

Is this cycle computer wireless?

All cycle computers are wired unless stated as being wireless

What size/colour is this item?

Information about size and colours of an item IS probably shown already. However we will always check and if it isn't there, our apologies and we will correct this immediately.

Do you have this item in X size?

All the products we sell on ebay are in our ebay shop (Cycle Shopping PLUS) at a Buy it Now price. Therefore if a size is not shown it is probably not available.

If you're not happy with anything we do.

Our objective is to provide high quality items backed by a professional service. However, things can go wrong. In the event of this please contact us to attempt to resolve the situation and please, not through the Feedback Forum, that is not its purpose..

We will do all in our power to help and if it is clearly our fault, accept total responsibility without question. We may however prove a little dogmatic if it wasn't our fault but there is always a way to sort out any issue if we can work together.
