 | A: We attempt to describe all our items accurately and completely. Therefore, if a feature/benefit that you require is not mentioned in the title or listing details, we're sorry, but it will not apply. Also, the photographs we use are the only ones we have. |
 | Q: I want a specific colour/size. Do you have it? |

 | A: If you need a specific colour or size OR, want a Buy it Now price. All the products we sell on Ebay are in our Ebay shop Cycle Shopping PLUS. If the size or colour you want is not there, then we're sorry, we don't have it |
 | Q: What size will X fit? |

 | A: All our items show the actual measurement each size is appropriate for i.e chest, waist etc. The measurements given are from manufacturer’s specifications and are appropriate to the style (fit) of the item i.e tight or relaxed.
Also be aware of the sizing differences between manufacturers and follow the dimensions given. |
 | Q: Do you offer reduced postage for multiple items? |

 | A: We always reduce postage for multiple items. Some items already have a reduced rate for subsequent items. Please wait for our combined invoice before paying. |
 | Q: Are these shorts padded? |

 | A: All CYCLING shorts are padded unless stated otherwise. Cycling tights and baggy shorts vary and mention will be made of padding if appropriate. Walking or climbing shorts do not have padding. |

 | A: We do not accept offers for any of our items offered at Auction or Buy it Now. If the facility is shown, it is a mistake. |

On receipt of cleared funds items are, excluding weekends and holidays, dispatched within a maximum of 24 hours. We always send an email telling you when it has been dispatched, or if there is a delay.
