If you need to return a defective product that you have purchased from Cybersell Ltd, please return it within 7 days of receipt with a proof of purchase for a full refund (excluding postage fees) or exchange.
If you have a problem with the product within the first year of purchase please return it to us for testing and then providing we find a fault we will dispatch a new one within 21 days.
If you find a problem after a year and you still have warranty on your item you will need to contact the manufacturer - for example Razer.
PLEASE NOTEIt is very important that we know exactly why any item is being sent back to us. Therefore, please ensure that you write a note explaining the problem with the item/s you are returning together with proof of purchase as well.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from your post office as we cannot refund or exchange anything that does not arrive. Please allow up to 21 days for refunds and exchanges, although we aim to process sooner wherever possible.
This does not affect your
statutory rights.
