2.  30 day money back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your product you can call us on 01438 311223 within 30 days of receipt and we will collect it for a full refund.  The free collection offer is for Mainland UK only.  It excludes postcodes:

In order to qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee you must adhere to the below:

1. You must take care of the product and ensure it is returned to us in a condition we can resell it as new, and it must be in its original packaging.  Failure to do so will result in the refund being minus a 30% surcharge. 

2. All nutritional supplements must be unopened and unused.

3. All Horseware rugs should be tried on the horse over another rug for hygiene reasons, and returned to us free from hairs and dirt.

4. Camping items such as tents should be rolled and folded to how they were received, all guy ropes detached and bound together, and pegs should be cleaned of any mud.

5. You must enclose a copy of your receipt in an envelope and attach it to the package stating your reason for return.  Failing to do this will delay the process for your replacement/refund.


3.  Courier Deliveries

Your order will be dispatched the day after you pay for your order (excluding weekends & public holidays) and delivered the following day to UK Mainland addresses.

Although we will endeavour to deliver to the UK Mainland within 3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) of receipt and completion of your order, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Gridstop Ltd T/A Cyber Checkout shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.

Shipping costs will vary according to size, weight and location. Please use the shipping calculator provided to check the cost before placing your order.

a.    It is the customer's responsibility to supply Gridstop Ltd T/A Cyber Checkout with the correct shipping information. Gridstop Ltd T/A Cyber Checkout shall be under no liability for any postage costs if the wrong delivery information has been supplied.

b.    All items delivered require a signature. If a signature is obtained from any person other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item and any charges associated with it.

c.    You will receive an email stating when your parcel has left us giving you your tracking number, the courier it has gone with, and a link to their website so you can check to see if there are any delays.  If you have not received your item within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving the email please contact us by telephone on 01438 311223. 

d.    When you receive your item/s from the courier it is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure that the packaging of your goods is checked and in good condition BEFORE signing the delivery note. If the couriers attempt to deliver a parcel with damaged or open packaging PLEASE REFUSE IT and instruct the driver to return it back to us, or write the words DAMAGED where you would normally sign your signature.  Please call us immediately on 01438 311223 so we can arrange for a new item to be sent to you.

e.    If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct within 3 days of the card being left.

f.     Heavy items such as large swimming pools, games tables etc may require assistance at point of delivery for help with unloading and carrying the item to your property. 

g.    The point of delivery is the nearest point of your property boundary that can be reached by the driver. The driver cannot be expected to carry the parcel within your property, i.e. to your front door or any other location. In certain circumstances when access to your property by the delivery vehicle is restricted, then the point of delivery will be the closest that the driver can reach with his vehicle.

h.    We cannot be held responsible for non delivery of items if the delivery address given is not correct or incomplete (i.e. no house name or number/street details etc). If this is incorrect or incomplete the item may be returned to our distribution warehouse by the courier.

i.    All items will be dispatched to the address you supplied to Gridstop Ltd T/A Cyber Checkout.

j.    Couriers in Norway are to Business Addresses only.  We are unable to dispatch goods Norwegian Residential Addresses.

4.  Refusing a Delivery

a.   Under the distance selling act you have the right to refuse/return an unwanted item within 7 days.  The 7 day period starts on the day after delivery.  You will be liable for the return postage but we will credit you the original postage.

b.   If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within a reasonable time of receipt.  We will then arrange to collect and replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery.  

5.  Pricing & Payment

a.   All prices include VAT at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges.

b.   No item will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank. For this reason electronic means of payment are preferred.

Gridstop Ltd T/A Cyber Checkout does not store, process or transmit any cardholder data on merchant premises, but relies entirely on third party service providers to handle these functions.
