To pay for your item please use the eBay Checkout

Checkout will automatically calculate the total amount for you including shipping, insurance, tax, etc. Just click on the Pay Now button. Extra postage areas not automatically calculated (you will be notified by a pop up) will be emailed once we have received your order.

It is not necessary to request total from seller as our checkout process will do this for you.

There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will also automatically send you an email within 4 hours of auction close. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your item. Gridstop Ltd T/A Cyber Checkout on eBay accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro via our online checkout. We also accept cheques (allow 6 working days to clear), money orders, and PayPal.

By selecting Shipping when completing checkout you are automatically requesting us to arrange a courier on your behalf. The courier will endeavour to deliver to the UK Mainland within 5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) of receipt and completion of your order; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Gridstop Ltd T/A Cyber Checkout shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.

Postage

If you would like to us to arrange a courier on your behalf then the please look at the postage table on the description page for the charges. Select the Shipping box when completing Checkout. Please note that some areas do incur an additional charge to cover the shipping. NOTE: We only ship to the Countries within Europe as stated in the Shipping Table.

For Scottish extra postage areas and Isle of Wight we will email through a quote once checkout is completed. If you do not receive this then please call us. All other areas will automatically have the postage calculated when completing checkout as per the Shipping Costs table.

Collecting Items
Only Supplements and Horseware items are available for collection from us Hertfordshire Warehouse.  If wanting to collect please select Collection when completing Checkout and then contact us with your eBay details to arrange this. We are open Monday to Friday 9:30am-5pm for collections only.

Receiving Your Item
You will receive an email to inform you of when your item has been dispatched. This email explains how to proceed regarding signatures and reporting problems.
