Postage and Packing

Payment and postage terms will vary on individual items, generally the postage costs will include an element to allow for packaging materials and parking charges. 

In all cases the buyer pays for postage and delivery, Except in the case of e-books, where no delivery charge will be made.

Payment Methods

I accept payment by Paypal, by personal cheque, bankers draft or postal order or cash.  However payments by personal cheque, bankers and postal orders will result in delay in shipment of goods until the required payment has cleared, which can take between 3-5 days after receipt of payment.

Shipping Destinations

I will ship goods worldwide, with a few exceptions, which will be clearly marked on the listing. 

Customer Service and Returns

If you have a problem with any goods I have supplied to you, please do let me know as soon as possible and I will try to sort it out. If you have bought an e-book and are not happy with it, I will issue a refund, no questions asked. If you have bought other goods which required shipping, I am happy to refund the cost of the item within 7 days of purchase, less any delivery and/or postage charges made. If the goods I have shipped to you are faulty or not as described in the listing, I will issue a full refund to you.
