1.I accept paypal, cheques and postal orders. IF YOU HAVE INSUFFICIENT FUNDS IN YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT I PREFER CHEQUES/POSTAL ORDERS to e cheques. Methods of payment where I have to give out my bank details are not accepted! 2.I will leave good feedback if paid within 7 days. Let me know if you have payment problems or wish to cancel the transaction. 3.I endevour to post within 2 days of payment, except at weekends. Items will only be posted after echeques have cleared. 3.I POST 2ND CLASS but will post 1st upon request sometimes without extra charge and SPECIAL with an extra charge. I also send SPECIAL if the item is precious metal jewellery or over £36. Items valued over £9 will be sent recorded. 4. Multiple purhases will normally be given a discount on post, BUT due to an increase in lost items/scams it's necessary to use recorded delivery when combined value exceeds £9. 4.I use padded envelopes stuck down with tape to prevent items being taken from parcels b4 delivery. 5. I use AIR MAIL to post items abroad but can use cheaper surface mail upon request. I may use signed delivery on occasion. 6.ONCE AN ITEM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY TIME. The post office do not consider post lost until after 15 days and I won't replace/refund b4 this. I will endevour to replace lost items or give refund after 15 days. 9. If an item is undelivered, I will refund the value of the items ONLY - not post cost, unless its my error and I will repost if post is paid again. 10 If you have to return an item, I advise to use recorded delivery.
