Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt on Buy it Now only subject to notification from purchaser by email within this period. All return postage costs are the purchaser’s responsibility. All returned items must be unopened and in original packing & will receive either a credit note or refund. Items must be returned by signed for postage. A restocking fee of 11.5% will apply. Please contact for details. We are happy to discuss any issues you have with your purchase & will endeavour to reach a satisfactory conclusion for both parties involved. All items have to be paid for in full before being dispatched. Delivery to overseas customers is subject to confirmation of address; any discrepancies in postage are the purchaser’s responsibility if this is not adhered to. Any items that are returned as not signed for will be kept for 7 weeks and then resold unless subsequent confirmation of correct address is received. Re-postage charges will be enforced.
