What is your delivery lead time?
Once we have payment you should receive your product within 7 working days.
Where will you send my order?
We will send the address registered on the ebay account unless you send us an e-mail specifying an alternative address.
Will Royal Mail deliver my order?
No. Due to the size of the products we use an external carrier company to deliver our products. Please check the condition of your goods before signing.
If the goods/packaging is damaged, please sign as 'damaged' only.
What happens if my order does not arrive within 7 working days?
If your product does not arrive within 7 working days then please email us and we will contact our suppliers to find out why delivery has not occurred. We do not accept responsibility for any delays in the delivery services we use, and will not consider any losses incurred as a result. We will, however coordinate with the delivery company on your behalf to investigate and resolve any problems.
