If the item received is damaged then a replacement (if available) will be sent.
If a replacement is not available I will refund in full.
If you need to return the item for any reason then please do so within 7 days of receipt. Proof of postage will be required when returning any item.
However, please contact me first and I will try to resolve any problems you may have with the item.
Please do not leave feedback until all problems have been resolved satisfactorily.
