| A:14 days Merchandise Exchange. Customers are advised not to abuse feedback. My customers salute my after sales service. Emails are responded within 24 hours. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, I do combine shipping if customers are still 'bidding'. Kindly inform me of your intentions. In the meantime, if you've received an invoice on your purchases and still not ready to pay b'cos you're still bidding, kindly ignore that invoice. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Deliveries are done once a week. Customers must allow up to 28 working days for items to arrive from the day they made their payment (exclude saturdays, sundays & public/bank holiday). |
| Q:Why do you stiputlate 28 days for your delivery? |

| A:Items are delivered from Malaysia. Occasionally, our local post or your local post could be the reason of any delays. It could happened to anyone unfortunately. Therefore, 28 working days is a sacfe buffer for both sellers and buyers in case of missing post, undelivered items and delays during holiday seasons. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes I do ship internationally at a very reasonable and affordable postage cost. |

| A:Shipping and handling charges differs on each product category. Please read 'my selling policies' on each listings. |
| Q:Is Recorded Delivery necessary? |

| A:Being buyer myself, I do want to track where my purchases are. It's highly recommended. |
| Q:Are these Unmounted Rubber Stamps Sticky or Cling onto Acrylic Blocks? |

| A:No, they do not cling nor stick on Acrylic Blocks. Crafters are advised to use temporary glue or double sided tape to mount them. |
| Q:How do you calculate shipping / postage? |
|
| A:1st shipping cost is which ever highest, then each additional ones are at 50% off from its original shipping cost. Shipping cost to your country can be found at the bottom of all auction page. |
