We offer good combined
postage/bulk purchase discounts - if buying different listings or in bulk
(25+ for embellishments) YOU MUST request
total / wait for your final invoice BEFORE PAYING
as it is not automatically calculated correctly and there is too much admin
involved in refunding and sending invoices. If we notice an overpayment we
will refund or send additional items.
Goods are sent within 2 -3 days,
often quicker, but sometimes longer depending on the type of order and how
busy we are as we run another shop and have other responsibilities. Also, as
we have another shop, it is possible that an item you order may be out of
stock but we try our best to ensure this doesn’t happen and will inform you
if this is the case
There
are no hidden charges, and we do not wait for you to request a combined
invoice before sending one out to you if you have purchased different items
or large numbers of an item, but if we have not sent one, please use the
request total from seller link on the eBay payment page - do not go through
checkout or send payment before
getting your combined total with postage discount.
