Postage Explained

All of our items have an additional postage price in the listing. This is only to prevent us charging too little postage.

For example, if you bought so many of an item that it increased the package from a Letter to a Large Letter or Large Letter to a Packet we need to ensure that you are charged enough postage.

This is why each listing says to contact us or wait for a final invoice if buying in bulk or different items as we will send you a your combined postage discount which is not always correctly calculated if you pay before receiving your invoice.

Use the Request Total from Seller link on the eBay payment page. You will generally receive your invoice within 12 hours – please be aware that we are not always in front of the computer but will send your invoice as soon as possible.

Please ignore the pay now button for your purchases and only use the pay now button in your invoice as this will ensure you are not over charged.

For embellishment only UK orders (tools and storage have separate prices) we charge:

No more than £1.20 for an order that stays within Royal Mail’s Letter posting category

Between £1.10 – £2.80 for an order that stays within Royal Mail’s Large Letter posting category 100g - 500g*

From £2.00 to £3.50 for a Royal Mail Packet category item up to 750g

Depending on the items purchased, you could order 100 of the same item and be charged no more than £1.20 whereas 200 stars might only cost 85p.

If you ordered 1 of say 50 individual items postage would cost more than if you ordered 50 of the same item or 25 of 3 or 4 different items. This is because of the difference in time it would take to process the order.

Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days (Mon – Fri) but large orders may take a little longer. If you pay for your items after 3pm it counts as the next day. We also run another shop and cannot control the number of orders received but we will always do our best to ensure you receive your items as quickly as we can.

If you are waiting to combine Auction items within 7 days please contact us, whether we combine postage or not depends on final selling price but we may charge no more than the Auction’s postage price.

Because we are a sole trader business and not a hobby seller we pay taxes and other overheads our P&P charges are not excessive but include:

The envelope - usually padded or board backed

Labels, grip seal bags, card and other protective packaging

The stamp

A small amount to pay the packer
