INTRODUCTION
A good day to you and welcome to my Terms & Conditions page. Firstly, we at Craftville think both our product prices and postage rates are extremely competitive and reasonable. We do not believe in selling products cheaply and then charging an unfair postage cost. However, I must let you know that I am NOT based in the UK but in Malaysia, South East Asia. Therefore I am using International Air Mail to post items to you. I hope you understand that if you were to post the same items you buy from me; it would cost you much higher than within your own country.
I am very happy to offer postage/shipping discounts on multiple purchases. If the order is sufficiently large, a suitable box will be provided to hold your order and protective packaging. For combined shipping weight of 2kg and above, we ship it with Registered Parcel Air Mail. Please note that this takes longer then general air mail and the shipping time is around 2-3 weeks to most countries. In worst cases, it may even take 4 weeks including slow custom clearance. |

POSTAGE / SHIPPING
Some issues that a number of people do not look at. I would like to highlight that when I use a box to send things, the box alone weighs in around 300-500 grams and this is extra cost for postage. So, I hope you can understand where I am coming from. Many buyers do not inform you of this, but these are the little things that add to the pennies/cents. I also do not own a stationary shop so materials are also bought by me and these are also worked in to the postage costs on a minimal level. Below is an average chart for the postage times.

Australian/New Zealand/USA buyers, when you purchase items from my store, you will be sent invoices from eBay UK with the British Pound as the main currency. Sorry I cannot convert it to your local currency. If you like, eBay has a Currency Converter. Also note if you purchase multiple items from different eBay sites which I have listings, you will be send different invoices. Sorry for any inconvenience in this. Ebay does not allow me to combine invoices from different ebay sites. Example; ebay.com.au and ebay.co.uk. |

COMBINED INVOICE
Combined Shipping means you will pay the Highest Postage amount listed of any one of your purchases plus 50% to 75% for each additional item purchased unless otherwise specified in the listing.
Example: You buy 4 items, below is the postage and how it is counted;
Ribbon A - £3.00 ß 50% Postage
Ribbon B - £2.00 ß 50% Postage
Ribbon C - £5.00 ß First Highest Postage
Ribbon D - £2.00 ß 50% Postage
Total postage will be: £5.00 + £1.50 + £1.00 + £1.00
You are advised to ask seller for an Invoice when you are ready to pay for multiple purchases. |

REFUNDS & RETURNS
At Craftville, we strive our best to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. We have an UNCONDITIONAL return policy refunding the winning bid amount for items returned in its original condition. In other words, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund your purchase price, less shipping upon receipt of the item. We must receive the item back in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. The shipping for this is paid by the buyer.
It is our guarantee that you will receive the exact item you purchased. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before leaving a feedback. We value your patronage and your satisfaction is very important to us. Your feedback also lets us know you have received the item/s.
Upon receipt of the wrong item sent (where applicable), we will either send you the correct item back to you free of charge or provide you with a full refund including the original shipping amount. |
