Copyright and Licence to use Artwork
Susan Gaylor trading as ‘Crafts at Country Graphics’ is the owner of the copyright in the Artwork.
When you purchase our CDs and Downloads you are granted a personal non-exclusive licence to use the Artwork in your own craft projects including those undertaken for profit. For the avoidance of doubt:
For any use excluded under this agreement please contact us to request a commercial licence.
· Reproduction of the Artwork for profit is limited to no more than 1000 copies of any one image within a 12 month period.
· Use of the Artwork for the promotion of any product or service using any media is expressly excluded.
The CDs and Downloads may not be copied, shared with a third party, loaned for hire or reproduced in any way.
