We give buyers every opportunity to ask as many questions as they wish BEFORE an item is bought, to satisfy themselves regarding compatibility that the item is suitable for their intended purpose or use. Replies will go to your registered eBay email address. If you think you have not received a reply, please check your spam/junk email folders as certain software filters used by Hotmail etc can send to these folders.

Delivery Costs
We take care in packing goods to protect them in transit. Our delivery charges ONLY cover costs of packing labour, materials and courier charge (calculated by destination zone, Security Proof of Delvery, weight of goods including packaging weight and the volumetric size of the parcel).

Please contact us, when products are required for a certain date, So we can meet your delivery schedule.

We aim to dispatch
U.K. MAINLAND (pay by 3pm week days, next working day ) & Scottish Highlands (2 working days)

Non U.K. Mainland parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail who aims to deliver within 3 to 5 working days from day of dispatch. Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, B.F.P.O.
Please ADD £5 to £9.95 = £14.95 to postage cost for these areas.

Southern Ireland (Eire) ADD £12.95 to £9.95 = £22.95 couriers class this as an overseas tariff

If you are not there, the courier will leave a card with contact details on. You can then arrange to be there to sign one more delivery or collect from the local depot. After that the parcel will be returned to us and YOU will have to pay for re-delivery.

We apply postage at the LOW U.K. mainland rate to BFPO London. This allows for the onward shipment to the BFPO address by Parcelforce BFPO Worldwide service with Customs Declaration.

Delivery Discounts & FREE Post for Multiple Items
Where possible, we offer a discount for multiple items ordered and sent out together. To see if your multiple purchases can receive a discount on post charges, there are 3 different options.

Multiple Post Discount Option 1 U.K. Mainland
If in the eBay full description area, there are details on how to use "seller discounts(-) or charges (+)", then follow the instruction to reduce your lower multiple post charge in the eBay purchase screen.

Multiple Post Discount Option 2 U.K. & Worldwide
After committing to buy, but before item payment screen, at the top of the page there is "request total from seller ". This will email us with your items required, name and address etc.Our eBay invoice will be then emailed to you including the correct delivery charge.

Multiple Post Discount Option 3 U.K. & Worldwide
Before buying or filling in any eBay details, Please email us using "ask seller a question " but type in all the items required plus your name and address details and we reply by eBay email with your shipping quote.

Before buying, if there is any other information you need us to know,either telephone or email, using " ask seller a question".For example,if in our eBay item description there are a choice of options such as certain models ,colours or sizes.
DO NOT put this additional information in your Paypal Checkout Box. Although the Paypal payment is sent automatically to us, we DO NOT automatically receive THE TEXT in the information box.

Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear from the day that we have banked.i.e. If we bank a cheque on Monday, it will clear at midnight on Friday; therefore the goods will leave the next courier working day, next Monday. Please put a copy of your eBay order or a note with all the eBay information of the items including your eBay user details and email address, a telephone number when purchasing by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Graham Goode Motors Ltd.

Postal Orders

Western Union Transfers
Use eBay "request total from seller "this will email us with your items required, name and address etc.Our eBay invoice will be then emailed to you including delivery charge. Pay your local Western union agent the invoice amount. Forward the receipt number & transaction value for your Western Union transaction to us. When we receive the funds in the U.K., items will be dispatched.

Bank to Bank Transfers
Please use "ask seller a question" and we forward our relevant bank details via email.

Non Ebay Payment
Stage 1 - After 7 days of eBay order, if payment is not received, you eBay account will receive a friendly "payment reminder" email.
Stage 2 - No payment, then an "Ebay unpaid dispute" will be logged against your eBay user with 8 days to pay.
Stage 3 - No payment, your eBay user will be flagged with an "unpaid item Strike”. After 3 strikes, eBay will automatically close your user.

Signing for Parcel & Delivery Times
If you have a particular delivery day, please let us know at the time of purchase and we will endeavour to dispatch to your required week day. Sadly most couriers do not offer an affordable a.m. or p.m. or timed deliveries option.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Silver Label insured and traceable U.K. next working day by 12 p.m is one of the most reliable timed courier services, please use "ask seller a question” for a quote for your items. Prices depend on weight and size of the parcel.

Parcel Couriers endeavour to deliver every parcel, but sometimes there are circumstances beyond their control i.e. accidents, traffic, breakdowns, lost, therefore they run out of time that day. The parcel will then be re-delivered the next working day at the courier’s cost.Sorry, we cannot be held responsible due to non delivery of parcels by couriers.

Damaged Parcel
Please check the parcel & your items have not been damaged in transit BEFORE signing the couriers "checked and received in good condition" delivery note, as couriers will not accept claims once signed for. If you do refuse delivery of a damaged parcel, please contact us ASAP so we can dispatch a replacement, if necessary.

Not there to Sign for Delivery U.K via Interlink ?
If there is nobody at the address to sign for the delivery, the courier will post a card through the letter box.
Interlink Express
The card will have details for your local depot. There are 3 interlink options.
Option 1, Contact your local Interlink depot and arrange to collect the parcel yourselves.
Option 2 Interlink will re-deliver your parcel the next working day.
Option 3 Arrange a convient date for Interlink delivery within 5 days. After 5 days, the parcel will be returned to us. We will then contact you and either arranges to resend with an additional delivery charge including items with free post or refund the items less our eBay admin and delivery charge.

Not there to sign for delivery U.K via Royal Mail ?
The card will have details of the Post office depot which has your parcel, not necessarily the nearest post office.
Only one cption, contact the post office depot and arrange to collect the parcel yourselves.

30 Day Refund or Exchange
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you must return via a recorded delivery postage service at your cost.
The items must be unused and complete with the original packaging in a resalable condition. After inspection, we will raise a credit less the original delivery charge and our eBay admin fees, by your method of payment. Any items in opened, damaged packaging or used in any manner will be deemed as accepted by the customer and not acceptable for refund.

Warranty Guarantee
Products are guaranteed against faulty manufacture in normal use. Examples of non normal usage that are excluded are wear and tear, abuse, misuse, impact damage, extreme weather, competition, trackday or extreme driving.Warranty covers the item only and does not cover any labour ,associated charges or any consequential losses..

Warranty Procedure
Email us a photo of warranty item - we will advise whether warranty or manufacture inspection required or not covered if warranty,

Warranty - return via a recorded delivery postage service and this postage will be refunded. Choose either a full refund or send replacement items.

Manufacture Inspection - return via a recorded delivery postage service. If covered under manufacture warranty this postage will be refunded. Choose either a full refund or send replacement items. If not covered advise us on disposal or return to yourself.

Not Covered
We’ll endeavour to sort out a replacement at a favourable price.
