The Collect+ delivery option is a new service that costs £3.79 for as many small items that you would like. Parcels are deliverd to your nearest store and you will be notified by text message (so please leave a number), so when they arrive you then pick them up at a time that suits you. To find your nearest store go to http://www.collectplus.co.uk/storefinder.php When you have finished shopping please wait for us to send you an invoice with the total. When you pay just add the Post Code of the store that you want your parcel sent to. If you are ordering a few items this works out cheaper than RM and they will not get lost. This service is an option to use with the current postal strikes taken place. If you would like to use this service please let us know when you place your order otherwise it will be sent by Royal Mail.
