Any damaged goods received must be reported to us immediately upon you receiving them, by telephone or e-mail. If you are not happy with your order please let me know and you can return it within 14 days of you receiving it and we will refund your money ( not including shipping costs ). If we are at fault ( sent the wrong size, colour, order ) we will replace the stock once you have returned the order and we will pay for the shipping costs.
When you have placed your order you will receive an email from us to confirm your order please read it to make sure that the order details are correct. If it is not correct ( wrong colour, size, wrong item ) let us know straight away and we will correct it. Once goods have been sent out we will change them but it is down to the customer to pay for shipping costs so please double check what you have ordered. We will not accept unathourised returns or candles that have been used, and under no circumstances will we refund money until the goods have been returned to us in there original packing. Please bear in mind that all the candles are handmade to order although votives are normaly in stock. We will always try to dispatch goods as soon as possible but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please leave a contact number or email address so that I can contact you in case there are any problems. Always read the candle burning instuctions before you use them CANDLES CANDLES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FIRES OR DAMAGE. Please note that all sizes and weights are approximate due to the nature of them all being handmade.
