For postage and payment please see individual item details. We politely request that you complete payment within 5 days of the end of listing. Non-paying customers will be reported to eBay after 7 days in order to claim our fees back and a strike given, which may result in your eBay account being suspended.
We try and describe our products with as much detail as possible, however we will be more than happy to answer any specific questions that are not covered in the descriptions.
If you wish to purchase multiple items, please request an invoice with combined postage discount before completing checkout, otherwise items will be posted seperately. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please email; sales@cooking-good.co.uk. Messages to us sent via paypal may not be seen.
For USA and International customers, to allow us to quote you accurate postage costs, we strongly recommend that you request an invoice from us BEFORE completing checkout. Without a prior invoice, we cannot be held responsible for extra postage costs incurred that are beyond our control.
Once your order has left our premises, please remember that delivery time is out of our control. Whilst we strive for swift delivery as much as possible, if you have still not received your item after the 15th working day (UK buyers) or 25 days (USA and International buyers) since the date of postage, please contact us. We will require you to complete and return a claim form to assist any postal investigations. On receipt of the form back, we will be happy to offer you a replacement item or a full refund.
Please note, any items which are returned to us by the Postal Service as uncollected (eg a Recorded Delivery item left at sorting office) will require an additional postage fee before we can send the item/items again.
