- Items will be shipped within 2 business days once your payment is received.
- For your protection, all items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. (No USPS)
- Buyer pays shipping based on their choice of delivery.
- All shipments include tracking and signature confirmation. (No P.O. Boxes)
- All shipments include insurance, the recipient is responsible for filing any claims.
- Overnight and Same Day shipping services are available upon request.
We use calculated shipping instead of overpriced flat rates. This means you're only responsible for our actual shipping cost based on your choice of courier and shipping method.
To request a shipping estimate before you bid, contact ebay@conticomp.com with your address and shipping preference. If you do not indicate a shipping preference, your item will be quoted / shipped based on the following default shipping methods:
- Domestic packages will be shipped via UPS Ground
- International packages will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited

| Warranty |

Unless the auction listing states otherwise:
- All Cisco products are covered by a 90 day warranty.
- All other products are covered by a 30 day warranty.
Warranty covers DOA and problems due to normal operation beginning on the date of receipt. If a unit fails under warranty conditions, contact us to receive an RMA number. Items must be returned in original packaging; otherwise the customer is responsible if a warranty return is damaged in transport due to inadequate packaging. Continental Computers has the option to either refund, replace, or repair warranty returns.
Warranty does not cover:
- damage from incorrect installation or operation.
- physical damage, water damage, electrical power surges
- Any software / configuration issues
If there is any physical damage due to shipping you must notify us, and file an insurance claim with the freight company within 7 days of receipt. The recipient is responsible for handling shipping insurance claims, Continental Computers will provide any documentation and assist your claim where possible. |
