All sales are final! Please make sure you want the item before you bid!

• Immediate payment through PayPal is the preferred payment method.
• Postal orders are accepted, please e-mail to arrange.
• No other payment methods are accepted so please do not ask.

Postage Costs

All postage costs are as stated in the auction

No additional charges will be applied but please check the postage and packing fees. These are not negotiable and may include expenses other than the cost of a stamp. We always list them so you know you will only pay your winning bid price plus the P&P - no more and no less.

Carriage Destinations and Insurance

We ship to: -

• UK Mainland, Europe, USA and Canada.
• Northern Ireland, UK Highlands and Islands will not incur additional costs but may be a slower service than stated.
• International shipments are made by Royal Mail “International Signed For” service. A tracking number will be supplied.

UK postage is by Royal Mail “Signed For” service which includes insurance unless otherwise stated. You will need to sign for your item when delivered. 

International postage is by Royal Mail “International Signed For” service which also includes insurance. You will need to sign for your item when delivered. 

We will always assist with insurance claims and will replace/refund once the carrier confirms the claim is valid.

Feedback

We always leave appropriate feedback and expect you to do the same. 

Please note once you leave feedback this is the end of the transaction. If you have any problems please email us before leaving negative feedback. We are always happy to assist to sort out any problems until you signal a transaction is complete by leaving feedback. In no circumstances will we assist a buyer who leaves negative feedback prior to asking for assistance/clarification.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds/Exchanges are only given when agreed to by an e-mail from us. All refund requests must be within 7 working days of receipt of goods. 

Items must be returned in the condition they were received.

Please note if an item is not described as "Brand New" or “New”, then it is used. We are always happy to clarify the condition of an item prior to purchase via e-mail. 

All return shipping charges are at your cost although they may be refunded solely at our discretion. (Hint: - nice people get treated nicely!) 

All lasers, LCDs and internal console parts are security marked, due to some dishonest customers returning their original broken parts for refund. Any customer who is suspected of this will be e-mailed, given negative feedback and reported to eBay.

How to contact us

We normally respond to e-mails the same day, if received at a reasonable time of the day. 

If we are away (or it's the weekend) but have items listed we will respond within three working days. If we have no items currently listed for sale we are probably on holiday so please allow up to 10 days for a response!
