I'm not sure which size to get?
All sizes displayed are standard UK/Euro sizes, unless otherwise stated. Please check the measurements on the size guide of each listing to be sure, or contact us if you need further measurements.
How long will delivery take?
The expected delivery time is 5-10 days to Europe and the US, and about 3-5 days to Australia. Please note that although delivery is often quicker than the expected time, it can occasionally take longer.
Can you let me know when my payment has been received and my item dispatched?
We pride ourselves on great customer service and will keep you informed through every step of the sales process. You will receive emails to confirm receipt of payment and to inform you that your item has been dispatched. If you have not received any mail please check your junk mail folder before contacting us.
It's been 10 days already, what's going on?
Due to different countries applying different customs procedures, and having postal services of varying reliability, it can take longer than the expected time. We apologise for any delays and appreciate your patience.
I'm buying more than one item, how much will postage be?
The postage cost for shirts is 4.90BP for the first shirt in an order, 3.90GBP for each additional shirt. So the postage cost for 4 shirts would be 16.60GBP. Postage for jeans is priced at 9.00GBP, hoodies at 7.00GBP; T-shirts are an additional 3.90GBP when purchased with jeans or hoodies. This is a flat rate price to anywhere in the world.
I need my items quickly, can you help?
For an additional 12.00GBP on top of the postage cost, we can send your items by EMS (Express Mail Service), which has a 3 day expected delivery time with internet tracking. This service is recommended if you need guaranteed quick delivery for a present or holiday.
I'm watching a few more of your auctions. Can you wait for my payment?
No problem. If you are bidding on multiple items it's easier everyone if you pay for all your items together once your last auction has finished. We don't have a time limit for the postage discount so if your auctions finish a few days apart we are happy to wait for the payment.
I just missed your auction, do you have another one? / Do you have this in size X?
If you've missed an auction or would like to request a size or colour please feel free to contact us and we will check our stock or try to get your requested item.
Can you mark my package as 'GIFT'?
We mark packages 'GIFT' to avoid customs taxes when sending items to countries that apply them, such as Canada, Sweden and Belgium.
Why does it take 4-8 weeks to arrive in Italy/Germany/France?
Delivery to Italy, France and Germany is often slow due to their customs procedures and postal services. We’re happy to send to you, but please allow up to 2 months for delivery.
