RETURNS POLICY
Returns are authorised via email or by telephone call only 0151 708 9184. Defective products must be returned within 14 days from the date the auction ends. We will credit return postage if goods are proven to be 'dead on arrival'.
However, in the case of non-faulty goods, the customer will be responsible for all return and replacement postage charges.
Return policy is exchange only, in all cases, buyers pay for shipping at their own cost to return products. Replacement Goods shipped at our cost.
In the case of PC Systems, only the HARDWARE is warrantied. No returns will be accepted for SOFTWARE failure. Please ensure you contact us to discuss the problem fully before returnung a suspected faulty PC. |
