Goods are returned by customers to shops, online traders and mail order catalogues every day for various reasons such as being under the merchant's 14 -16 day money back policy, the item is unwanted or suspected to have a fault.
Items are also returned to the manufacturer by high street stores and catalogues for such things as box damage, missing parts or if it has been a display item.
These goods pose a problem to manufacturers and they often do not find it cost effective to sort the goods themselves.
Manufacturers often contract out the job of recovering revenue from these products to other companies.
Obviously there is a big emphasis on re-selling as many of these goods as possible and disposing of any scrap items in the best way as to protect the environment.

We purchase a wide range of items some of which are brand new surplus stock and others are returns as described above.
All products that are not brand new or factory refurbished are checked in our workshop. This involves testing using specialist test equipment by trained electronics engineers to ensure the products are fully functional and complete and graded depending upon their cosmetic condition.
Some items are refurbished by the manufacturer, but can not be sold "as new", so these are classed as "Factory refurbished".

Q. Why buy graded goods?

A. Graded goods offer excellent value for money often being half the price or less than you would have to pay in the high street or online for the item "brand new".
Most of our products are in ex-display condition which is divided into two grades A & B.
We do occasionally have C grade items for sale, these are generally "Clearance items" and the exact details will be specified in the product description.
User guides may not be included for some items however we will always state this on the listing and provide details on how to obtain a copy.
